Business meets academic research group.
Started in 2004, our group of researchers with wide and long business and academic research experience in the MES field is performing research in the MES functional and technical domain for SME's and multinationals in Belgium, Europe and the world.
In the MES domain, we keep a strong focus on following topics:

• Key Performance Indicators supporting lean manufacturing, six sigma and theory of constraints production and supply chain strategies
• Scheduling and optimisation in supply chain
• Validation of MES and IT systems in regulated environments (Pharma, Nuclear, Food, Fine Chemicals, ... )

We did participate and are participating in Flemish, Belgian, Benelux and European research projects together with other universities, research companies and partners creating a win-win situation for all parties and supporting long lasting relationships.

We are active members in www.wbf.org , www.mesa.org .
